Have a great weekend!

This week (February 8-12), we will continue to read THE GIVER. On Tuesday, we will read and view Martin Luther King, Junior's "I Have a Dream" speech, which we will analyze for its use of metaphors. We will also discuss whether Dr. King was envisioning a utopia, a concept central to our class novel, THE GIVER.
